What is your return window?

  • We accept returns within 90 days of receiving your order.

What condition should the returned item be in?

  • Returned items must be new, unused, and sealed.

    We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.
    Customers may return items within 90 days,
    even if the item is not defective or the return is due to a change of mind.

    If an item arrives damaged or defective through no fault of the buyer, please contact us at support@perfumefly.com to discuss your situation.

Do you offer exchanges?

  • We provide different return options depending on the buyer's needs. By default, we offer a refund, but we can also consider an exchange if necessary.

Who pays for return shipping?

  • If the return is due to an issue on our side, the buyer is not charged for shipping.
  • If the return is for another reason (buyer’s choice), the buyer is responsible for shipping costs.

Are there any special requirements for returns?

  • We primarily sell beauty products, so for the safety of our customers, we carefully inspect every returned item manually before processing.

How long does it take to process a return?

  • Once the item is returned to us, it usually takes up to 7 days to process the return and issue a refund.
